You can get our expert advice on position suitability, object orientation, window dimensions, materials and ventilation systems. Our help will be especially welcome for design or construction companies that know a lot about energy efficiency, but not enough about Passive House.
Energy calculation & Project planning
Regardless of whether it concerns new production or ROT, we can achieve the criteria for a low-energy building or Passive House. Calculations, details, material and system selection as well as coordination between projectors are included.
We perform energy calculations for low-energy buildings and Passive Houses in the PHPP program package.
Profitability analysis
Is it profitable to invest in a passive house or generally in energy efficiency. How much will it increase costs? After how long will the return on investment come? We do a profitability analysis that provides answers to all these questions.
Engineering
Building such objects is definitely a complex and demanding task. We will carry out the entire process, with your staff as site management. The solution of technical and technological issues, coordination and control is included.
Certification
We will carry out the entire process of passive house or low energy building certification at PHI (Passive House Insitute) in Darmstadt, Germany. Checks and measurements are included.
