Excessive air sealing between different parts within the facility does not pose a risk or contribute to problems.
On the other hand, excessive air sealing of the climate shield, without additional measures/systems, leads to serious problems. In such a case, the air remains "trapped" inside, so it "wears out" over time and becomes unhealthy for humans and animals. Moisture produced by breathing and daily activities also remains inside, leading to the appearance of condensation and mold.
From this comes the conclusion that air sealing is a job exclusively for professionals.
